Three Islands boat tour from Dubrovnik is a full-day cruise through the beautiful Elaphiti Islands, visiting Koločep, Šipan and Lopud in one relaxed 8-hour excursion. With plenty of free time on each island, lunch served on board and drinks included throughout the cruise, this tour is ideal for guests who want to experience traditional island life at an easy pace.

Our first stop is Koločep Island, also known locally as Kalamota. This peaceful, car-free island is known for its clear Adriatic water, small fishing villages and quiet waterfront atmosphere. You’ll have free time to explore the village, walk along the coast, enjoy a coffee by the sea or take a refreshing swim.

During the cruise from Koločep towards Šipan, lunch is served on board. Guests can choose between fish, chicken or a vegetarian option when booking, while water, soft drinks, wine and local grappa are included during the tour.

We then continue to Šipan, the largest of the Elaphiti Islands, stopping in the picturesque village of Šuđurađ. Surrounded by traditional stone houses, historic summer residences and a peaceful harbour, Šuđurađ offers a glimpse of authentic island life away from the crowds.

The longest stop of the day is on Lopud Island, where you’ll have approximately 2.5 hours of free time. Relax along the waterfront promenade, explore the historic village, swim in the clear sea or make your way to famous Šunj Beach, one of the best-known sandy beaches near Dubrovnik.

The cruise begins with a panoramic boat ride along Dubrovnik’s famous city walls, offering beautiful views of the Old Town from the sea.

Koločep Island

Approx. 11:00 – 11:45

Our first island stop is Koločep, also known locally as Kalamota. Enjoy approximately 45 minutes of free time to explore the peaceful waterfront, take a short walk around the village, have a coffee or go for a swim.

Lunch on Board

Approx. 11:45 – 12:30

Lunch is served on board while cruising from Koločep towards Šipan Island. Guests can choose between fish, chicken or a vegetarian option when booking.

Drinks are included during the cruise.

Šipan Island – Šuđurađ

Approx. 12:30 – 13:15

We stop in the picturesque village of Šuđurađ on Šipan, the largest of the Elaphiti Islands. Enjoy approximately 45 minutes of free time to explore the harbour, walk through the village or relax by the sea.

Lopud Island

Approx. 13:45 – 16:15

The longest stop of the day is on Lopud Island, with approximately 2 hours and 30 minutes of free time.

Explore the waterfront promenade, swim near the village, visit local cafés and historic sites, or head to the famous sandy Šunj Beach.

Return Cruise to Dubrovnik

Approx. 16:15 – 17:30

Il tour è ben organizzato: incredibilmente suggestiva la grotta blu e piacevoli le soste sulle isole. I salumi e i formaggi serviti a bordo erano ottimi.  Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Brałyśmy udział w wycieczce Blue Cave half day z Cavtat (osoba dorosła + dwoje dzieci) w sierpniu 2026 r. Wycieczka trwała 4 godziny i była niesamowita 😄 speed boat - była na prawdę szybka, co dawało fajne doznania. Rano morze było spokojne, ale przed południem były „niewielkie fale” które dostarczyły dodatkowych wrażeń. Dla osób,  które nie potrafią pływać dostępne są kapoki oraz makarony, więc wycieczka jest bezpieczna i warto z niej skorzystać aby zobaczyć jaskinie oraz skakać z łódki prosto do wody. Na pokładzie były napoje do picia. Wycieczka była kameralna, płynęliśmy w 7 osób. Kontakt z organizatorem sprawny. Pani Marijana w Cavtat mówi po polsku i wyjaśnia wszelkie szczegóły i wątpliwości. Really good tour, on a 34’ boat (the Lily) with only 15 of us on board. Much better than the bigger, more crowded boats. A stop for snorkelling at blue cave, then on to Korcula for an hour or so.  Then a bite to eat (some meats and cheeses). Then 3hrs on Lopud. Highly recommended. I’d give Ivan 6 stars. Very friendly host, managed the boat very safely and played good tunes. 11/10.

How long is the Three Islands Cruise?

The Three Islands Cruise is a full-day excursion. The exact duration depends on your selected departure point, with the boat returning in the late afternoon.

Where does the Three Islands Cruise depart from?

You can join the Three Islands Cruise from Hotel Albatros, Cavtat or Dubrovnik Old Town.

The boat departs from Dubrovnik Old Town at 10:20. Departure times from Hotel Albatros and Cavtat are earlier, as the boat continues towards Dubrovnik before starting the island cruise.

Please check the departure time shown for your selected meeting point when booking.

Which islands do we visit?

The tour visits all three main Elaphiti Islands: Koločep, Šipan and Lopud.

How much free time do we have on each island?

You will have approximately 45 minutes on Koločep, 45 minutes in Šuđurađ on Šipan Island, and around 2 hours and 30 minutes on Lopud Island.

Is lunch included?

Yes. Lunch is included and is served on board while cruising from Koločep towards Šipan Island.

What lunch options are available?

You can choose between fish, chicken or a vegetarian meal. Please select your preferred lunch option when booking.

Yes. Swimming is possible during your free time on the islands, especially on Koločep and Lopud. Swimming is optional, so you can also spend your time sightseeing, walking around the villages or relaxing at a café.

What time does the boat return?

The boat returns to Dubrovnik Old Town at approximately 17:30. Guests returning to Cavtat and Hotel Albatros continue by boat after the Dubrovnik stop.

Return times are approximate and may vary depending on sea and weather conditions.

What should I bring?

We recommend bringing swimwear, a towel, sunscreen, sunglasses, a hat and comfortable footwear.

Is the Three Islands Cruise suitable for families?

What happens if the weather is bad?
